[Bug] Organizing Profiles - Move to Group appears when no profiles are present

Here is something that I noticed today, while I was trying to prepare my Snagit Profiles to be organized.

Case: Say you have 4 capture profiles in a group called Snagit 10, and you want to move them to a new group called ALL SNAGIT 10. Now say that the profiles go in order of importance, starting at the bottom. A cosmetic issue occurs when you highlight the last profile before the group is empty.
