Summary: A version of Camtasia that is *always recording*. Then, at the touch of a button, it commits only the last 3 minutes to disk.
Expansion:
The hardest part of debugging can be figuring out what exactly the user was doing in the moments leading up to a crash.
Additionally it can be hard to record everything you do all the time, just in case a bug strikes, because this will eat an ever increasing amount of resources.
But what if there were a version of Camtasia, which used only a limited amount of memory and HD space, because it would only ever need to store the most recent 3 minutes of video.
Camtasia - Crash Forensics, could be used to show a support team exactly what the user was doing in those vital moments.
If given away free (As a sort of Express Edition) this would serve as a great advertisement for Camtasia and TechSmith

That's actually a pretty cool idea. And thanks for making my brain spin on how to accomplish it. Now I can't get any work done! ;-)
