CAN'T ACCESS ACCOUNTS - URGENT
Hi, I need advice from somebody regarding access to our company accounts. I am not able to get in and modify the videos that have been loaded and some of them are incorrect. IT IS REALLY URGENT that I am able to communicate with someone and explain my issue. Could you please advise the fastest way to go about this please. I am currently paying a monthly fee and not able to manage my accounts.

Did you lose your password? You can reset your password - as long as you have access to the email on the screencast.com account.

Hi there,
Potentially, however I cannot get the system to give me a link to reset my password. I have two accounts that I need to access:
tammy.henderson@3plearning.com (password not accepted nor am I able to receive an email allowing me to reset it).
jason.doffay@3plearning.com (ditto above)
Jason was an employee at our Company who left last year and I took over the account but cannot remember the password. The email address in this account was not changed because I did not want to jeopadise the links to the videos that we had provided to our clients.
I need to gain access to both these accounts. Are you able to HELP me? -

FYI, you should be able to change the email address associated with an account without breaking any links you've shared.
