Content takes way too long to start

We are receiving multiple reports that the video is either taking too long to load, or in some cases, not loading whatsoever. It is not a Flash issue, as we know it repeatedly failed to load on a PC that had been used the previous day to view the content. The issue appears to be on your end, and even on the best days it takes a few minutes to load.

    Hello,
    Could it be possible that the videos are being produced in a different way, such as where they are now not optimized for streaming?

    We have a post that talks about something that sounds similar to your problem (and caused by something called a MOOV atom). Do your videos start to buffer and play, or does the video need to buffer to 100% before it starts playing? If the latter, it does sound like the thread below might be helpful:
