Customizable link address?

I'd love to be able to customize the link name, rather than it being randomly generated.

We use screencast.com to create online videos for multiple clients and have had some problems with people entering the letter 'O' instead of the number zero ('0').

We try to send the links electronically, if possible, but different clients have different needs.
