If you have the current version (Release 11 on Windows /Release 2 on Mac), you can download it from here:
http://www.techsmith.com/download/sna...

If you had a previous version, you can download it from here:
http://www.techsmith.com/download/old...

Then, enter your key into the trial version. If you also lost your key, you can use this link:
http://www.techsmith.com/support/lost...
