Everytime a new question is asked here, I receive notification of it even if I have never viewed / reponded. How do I switch it off?
Thanks

You'll need to log into your Get Satisfaction account. Then you can find your email notifications options under the "Welcome" dropdown.

When I go there and uncheck my email address I'm told I can't remove my primary email address!

So, I'm still receiving an email notification for every single message that gets posted here whether or not I've looked at the thread or not!

I'm sorry that did not solve the problem for you. It looks like you did everything to stop emails that I am aware of. I did some research on the Get Satisfaction site and came across this article:

Is it possible you may have followed some individual TechSmith topics or posts? Let us know if trying their solution works. I will also notify our Moderator Team in case they have some other ideas.
Sorry you are having issues. Keep us posted.
Thanks,

Hi MS - based on your public profile, it looks like you are only following two topics:
I'm thinking maybe you clicked one of the "follow" buttons on a product page, which would start sending you notifications of all posts about that product:
If all the notifications you're getting are tagged with a specific product, try drilling down to the page for that product from here and see if the Follow button is selected. If that's not it, please let us know so we can keep looking into it.
(The Follow Button notification settings are something I think Get Satisfaction should improve; if you agree, please +1 my request.) -

Hello - yes, somehow I was FOLLOWING Camtasia! As a result, I was seeing every thread created! I've switched it off - let's hope it solves it. Thanks for the help.
