I'm getting the same problem on a brand new Acer AS7750 with Windows 7 Home 64 bit after installing Jing. When Jing is uninstalled, no more blue screens of death. Sure would like to have a working version of Jing...

Hi,
I am getting the Blue Screen crash when I leave Snagit on for any length of time. This has only happened since I bought the full version. IF you can fix this please let me know. If you can't I would like my money back.
Don't tell me about what I have to change on my computer to make your software work. Fix you code...
