I want to be able to continue to save in MP4 format!

Why can I not save in MP4 format anymore? I paid for a year of Jing Pro and have been saving all of my videos in the MP4 format since I upgraded and now I can only save in SWF, which I have no idea what kind of format that is anyway.

I want a refund if I am not going to be able to save in MP4.

Can somebody help me???

Just to clarify,

If you are Jing Pro, you should still be able to save mp4's. Something else is going on. Hence dro's link to our customer service site.
