Make Camtasia produce (render) video faster

This is definitely something we hear and would like to address. Can you fill in a few details about the types and dimensions of content you most commonly capture...and what formats you're producing to?

I capture hd format (720 and full HD) at an hour or more and render to FLV most often or to .mp4

If I don't need a cursor I just extract the video and then use something like handbrake or Freemake Video Converter(gpu) to render out the compressed version because I often can't wait for cam. to render the file.

I produce in the .wmv (Windows Media Video) format, and it takes almost one hour to produce a short video (I would take a 6 minutes video) and while you are at it, please send me how to make the preview speed faster in Camtasia 7. The Video gets laggy and it is very troublesome.

If anyone can help me, I an very thankful....

P.S. The thing is, I am uploading my videos to YouTube. It is difficult to produce the video to the computer and then upload it to YouTube. So, teach me how to upload the video to YouTube from Camtasia 7 and also tell me which is the fastest file format when saving, and also how much time will it take to upload a 10 minutes video from Camtasia 7 to YouTube.
