MP4 and Closed Captions

Will the MP4 format support Closed Captions? If so, will it be as easy as it is now to enter your text in CC? Is there anything else you can add to this question?

Yes, you can do this now with Camtasia Studio 7.1.1 (the current version). Here's a video tutorial on captions, which happens to have been produced with closed captions as an MP4 file:
