sad I’m frustrated

My computer can't open .swf files. :( How do I fix this?

I recorded my screen, but when I save the file to my desktop and then open it, I get an error message saying that I can't open the file. How do I fix this?

    Hi,
Many computers aren't sure what to do with a SWF file by default. Jing videos are best shared via a link, which when clicked, opens the video in the viewer's default browser.

Yet, you can still play the SWF video locally. Please see this article for the solution: http://blog.jingproject.com/2009/11/m...

If you would like to learn more about sharing a Jing video via the Web, a popular option is to use the Screencast.com output button. You can learn how this works in the following video: http://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-jin...

I hope this helps, and just let me know if you have further questions.
Thanks for posting and thanks for using Jing!

    Sincerely,
    Mike Curtis
