Need advice on setting up library

Thinking of using our screencast account to upload short flipcam training videos that our 15 associates could access. If they run average about 3 minutes in length, and we anticipate building to a library of 100 to 200, what's the best way to do this with you? Ideally, multiple people would need to be able to access simultaneously. Pls email response to donnsharer@allstate.com or call me at 201-213-5888. Thanks Donn

    Hi,

I would recommend setting up any folder / privacy structure you'd need first on Screencast.com through the web interface.

Once you've done that, the fastest way to upload that many videos would be to use the Desktop Uploader. It will allow you to batch a bunch of files at once; you can choose the target folder for the uploads; and it's a bit more robust than uploading through the Screencast.com site.

I would start with one or two test videos to test out your video settings, that will have the biggest impact in clients' ability to watch your content.

Here are some links to help you.
