The table of contents parameter for screencasts is fixed and cannot be altered through the embed code because the swf object seems to be taking its params from an xml file on screencast.com
This sucks because when the container for the media is medium sized or small, such as in a blog post (500px container), and a user hovers over the screen or leaves their mouse on the screen, the table of contents takes up half the viewing space, making it cramped and hard to manipulate the video.

Hello bluebridgedev,
This is true and thanks for reporting this problem. Please allow me to change this in to a feature request so we can better track it as we build and improve our controllers.
Sincerely,
Mike Curtis -
