Problems with marker writing not showing up
Why is it that when I write with the pencil, I can see it in the uploaded playback but when I write with the markers, those markings don't show up on my recording? see my test video: http://www.screenchomp.com/t/mAYRSsZm91K. In this video I circle the eyes with marker and then use the pencil to write "eyes". You can see the writing but not the circles. Help!

Hi JF - we have seen this before and there is no way to resolve current videos / drawings. We are trying to pinpoint this. It does not happen a lot, but tends to happen more when there is an image in the background. Apologies!Comment -
