Quiz results do not arrive

Quiz does not send quiz results to the email address entered. In the production settings
I have turned on the radio button for "Report quiz results through email", entered my email address in recipient and confirmation fields and also turned on "Require viewers to input name & email address". None of this happens. The quiz does not ask for an email address and no results arrive. Any one have ideas?
