Upload and Sharing Errors (2s, 400s, 500s)
After making a recording, the app won't allow me to play it back (player appears but does not play - although I can scroll through) or upload to the screen chomp website(error message). Boohoo. Any thoughts?

We have updated ScreenChomp to version 1.4 that dramatically increases the reliability of sharing your videos. We apologize the incredibly long and painful time period that this has been happening. We have also removed the Facebook login to eliminate some confusion. Thank very very much for your patience and happy Chomping!

Within the past few weeks, we have moved a development team onto these issues to correct them. We definitely understand it has been very painful for you all and hope that once these updates are available you give the app another try. Thank you.

There were some very recent issues that we have fixed temporarily. We are continuing to work towards a more permanent solution.

Hello,
I am still having this issue. I have tried about a dozen times to upload my video. I saw one thread that recommended renaming the file but that did nothing. Each time I get the caution sign with an exclamation point and the message, "The cloud gave me an error I don't understand: '500'"
This is very frustrating. I made a 20 minute video for my students, and now they cannot watch it. -

in 90% attempts to view after share with screencast - not able to view uploaded movies - error every time. for example http://screencast.com/t/HIWxZi2I
seems this depends from video size, if more that 1 Mb - error will be. Is this some kind of motivation to buy account or this happens any way? -

also you should check sign using FB account - not a works, comment below tried to post, but got error...

After recording Screen Chomp wouldn't save. It came up with error "404" How can I get it to save and email?

Apparently. I have a group of teachers who are ready to throw in the towel on ScreenChomp and go to Educreations. Makes me sad...
