Could you please add a keyboard shortcut to show/hide the Marker track? I only need the marker some of the time, and the rest of the time I'm glad for the extra visual space for the working image. But it's a pain to have to chase the mouse up to the View menu and all the way to its bottom every time.
It would be ultra easy for you to set this up. It certainly is easy to customize that with my Mac, as I've already done, but it seems like a Duh that it's not built in.
When I saw Version 2 come out I thought, Goody, they'll certainly have fixed that. But alas, not. :(
Thanks for listening!

Hi Troy,
Camtasia 2.1 was released today and includes a hotkey to show/hide the Marker track! While an Editor window visible just press Ctrl+M to toggle the Marker track.
Camtasia 2.1 is a free update that also includes Clip Speed and Remove a Color. Thanks for the feedback. We hope you enjoy the new features :)

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you on this.
I've wanted a shortcut for the same thing, and the solution is really easy. If you don't know already, you can set up a keyboard shortcut for any menu item in any application on the Mac.
Here's a silent movie version of a screencast showing how: http://www.screencast.com/t/KMSnmYoaG -

Glad to know I'm not along in wishing for this. Even though it can be done via the Mac OS, I still think it would be great for this shortcut to be built into Camtasia. I hope it will get ratcheted up the enhancement list.
Thanks for the reply, Conan. -
