Snagit is the best must have product ever!

I just upgraded my Dragon Naturally Speaking and downloaded all the guides, workbooks, etc. I also watched several "how to" videos. And I was thrilled to see the little Camtasia icon on the videos and recognized the "primo" screen shots from Snagit with the familiar callouts! I don't have Camtasia, but the quality of the work was excellent. And Snagit is one of the five most important programs I use with Word Perfect, Acrobat, Excel and Outlook. Snagit captures end up in all those programs. And it's the best screen capture for the internet (and anything else). So happy to recognize others using something that I feel is indispensible. In fact I had to talk to Nuance sales and practically sold him Snagit. And he's not to only tech I've sold to (I'm just that enthusiastic).

Thanks again to everybody at Techsmith for putting out such great products. Just saw the question: What makes you happy about this company? Well besides what I just wrote, it is so gratifying to have a company provide an extremely useful (I'd say essential) product at a reasonable price with great support and really helpful training. Of all the programs and hardware I have (including my computer), I am better served by Techsmigh than any company I have to deal with. (BTW I just captured this for my files!)
