Snagitt will not import stamps on my new computer.

Customers that I support were upgraded to new computers. Since the upgrade their Snagit software will not let them import stamps. The function was available on thier old computers but not the new computer that the sofware was reinstalled to.

Hello,
It's hard to tell, but I have a hunch our Tech Support team will be the most able to find out the root cause here. I'm wondering if it's some kind of permission issue. Could that be possible?
