Support simplified.

I've used Snagit on the PC for ages but have gone over to the Dark Side and bought a Mac. My first act was to break XCode! Apple support speak a very different language to PC support, so I solved the problem of reporting the issue with a 2 minute video recorded with Snagit for the Mac. So simple to do and saves so many of the Apple/PC terminology differences.
