I have a Lenovo TP T-410. This has an Intel Graphic Media Accelerator HD chipset in it. The captured video with JingPro is far less smooth than the older T61 that I have (nVidea chipset). So much so that I prefer the T61 to the T410.
The cursor, whilst capturing video flickers excessively (not on the T61).
Is this a known problem? Or more to the point, can I do anything about it?
I am using the Lenovo supplied drivers, which the intel checks show as OEM and recommend that we do not upgrade (they are not that far behind anyway).
Any thoughts?

This is probably an inane question from a newbie, but here goes.
Is the quality of the video screen capture affected by:
the quality of the display
the quality of the video card/chipset
or both?
Thanks!

Hello Steve,
That is a great question! The quality of your monitor should not have an effect on your video recording, but the color bit depth of the operating system and type of the video card & drivers can have some impact in certain situations.
We have a fantastic Tech Support team that can help answer any specific questions you may have. Here is the link again if you wish to use it: http://techsmith.custhelp.com/app/ask
Thanks,
