SnagIt 13.1.3 Editor opens on its own without being launched
Since upgrading to SnagIt V13.1.13, the editor opens up any time it wants without launching. Tried on two Windows 10 machines. Same issue...

Snagit 12.1.0 - when using the Snagit tray icon to check for updates (Help>Check For Updates), I receive the following message: "An error...
I have Snagit Version 12.1 and get the response the Snagit has stopped working. What am I suppose to do ???
Snagit Editor has stopped working. It has worked in the past.
