$200 problem -- Thank you sir, may I have another

After 2 months, Camtasia 9 persistently crashes after 5 minutes of recording. I contact Tech Support and got a technician to post with a question. When I answer the question, I don't hear a word back. And the issue was considered "solved". That's sad. Solved is Uninstalled... and look for alternatives. A $200 lesson folks.

I just checked with our Technical Support team, and an agent contacted you back on January 23, 2017. And, again to follow-up with you today. However, they have not received back any reply from you.
