[Idea] Make a Toolbox

It would be great to have a toolbox handy that I can use to to store of my commonly used annotations. I have to use a specific color set for my projects and it's tedious to either have to change the size and color every time I want a new arrow or box or copy a previous one. I would like to see a color palate or some sort of area that I can save my favorite annotations.

Yes, if you are on Windows, add your favorite annotations to the Library for reuse.

If you are on Mac, click the "Save style to Annotations" button in the upper left of the properties panel.

Everything everyone said above about the library and here is a video I did on creating a color palette and saving that to your library to use at any time. I do hope Camtasia will provide the ability to have customized color palettes sometime in the future. Until then, this is my work around... and I use my palette all the time!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iaZXNIIFysc

I believe you select it on the timeline, then right-click the selection and choose "Add to Library".

I use the Library a lot. I create a different folder for different projects/different branding and save all relevant assets in there, e.g. intro, logo, branded annotations etc.

You can share the assets with colleagues too, here's a link to the help file to show you how: https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000341132-Manage-Library-Assets
