.MOV file failed to upload

I have recorded a 5 minute video using an iPad and saved the file in my Google Drive.

In Camtasia 8, I've tried to "Import Media" from my Google Drive, but after waiting for quite a while I get a message to say it's failed to upload.

Am I doing something wrong here?

Not sure, but if you actually bought Camtasia, like I did, I have found their tech support team absolutely wonderful and very accessible by telephone. At least that was my experience.

Hi Laura,
I'm sorry you are having trouble.

Can you try to manually download the video to a folder on your computer? Then, within Camtasia, import the video into the Clip Bin from your folder location.

This could be an issue with the video file, or YouTube, or your connection and this will help us narrow down what the problem could be.

Thanks for all your responses.

Kelly, I've just done what you say and downloaded it to a local folder and imported it from there and all seems great, thank you!

Thanks,
Laura

Great!
I'm glad that worked.
But, I'm not sure what happened with the import from drive process.
