I uploaded my "notes" from my PowerPoint slides (in Camtasia 8), to be Closed Captions. . but only about the first line shows up. Is there a fix to this? (the screen shot shows how only part of the notes appear.

If you use the "Captions" option you'll find the limitations of meeting ADA standards (Americans with Disabilities Act) are limiting. (centered position on screen and very few characters allowed)

An alternative is to use Callouts instead where you have the latitude to use more characters and position freedom on the screen. Likely some copy & pasting involved but probably worth it.

Hi mgaron,

Timbre4 is correct, in that the closed captions are limited to three lines of text. What I would suggest is using the Captions tab and editor to split your captions to display one after another. I'm not sure how long your slide notes are, but hopefully you can get all of the text in in three or four consecutive captions.

If you need some help with caption editing, there is some info on splitting and adjusting captions in this video tutorial: https://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-camtasia-8-add-captions-manually.html

Hope that helps, and thanks for posting!
