error 0x80004005 when I want to save a video capture on snagit.
Hello, this error hapened several times and could not save some video captures (screen captures, without the webcam). I noticed it happens everytime I cut a part of a video. It is still visible on the editor but there is no way to save it as mp4.
I am on trial version. I want to buy Snagit but if this problem remains I'd rather purchase another program of course!
Any tips? Thanks a lot!
