Hello, I start to record my Screen and after 20 seconds this failure message Comes up: 0x8027025a.

What can I do to get this done?

You should probably open a support ticket with that one. Give them your operating System details and what version of Snagit you are using

Do you have a Xbox on your system?  If you Google the error, the results appear to be dominated by Xbox.
