1px white line on right vertical side when resizing.

Hi,

Since my documentation team upgraded from Snagit 12 to Snagit 18, resizing original photos is a problem.

I take pictures with my Android phone (Oneplus One) to make service procedures.
Load the picture in snagit editor, use the bottom resizing item to change the size to 600px height.
In the preview, before validating, a white line appears on the right side.
This line does not go away after validation.
This line is exactly 1px width. So I have to drag the border of my picture each time to change the size, to go minus 1px.
This is very annoying and ime consuming.

No copy/paste, only openning, resizing.

Its some sort of bug, I would report it to tech support.

I took a large image I had. Rotated and cropped it to 3120 x 4160 in Photoshop.
It was from a Nikon camera. So the Camera/source of the image is not the problem. It was a png by the way.Imported it into SnagIt.

Resized it using the lower menu.

And sure enough, one white pixel is overlayed down the entire right hand side.

Regards,Joe

So John-GF,

I've opened a support ticket for this. Tech support could reproduce the issue on their end as well.

So, that's where this stands.
