2020 Accidental Download

I've just accidentally downloaded an upgrade to 2020 when it popped up under "updates".  Proceeded to create a video to go online this afternoon and realised I'd actually procured a watermarked trial version of 2020 that I cannot edit in 2019, the product I've paid for and wanted to use.  How can I use today's work in 2019?

assuming you did not uninstall 2019, launch that instead of 2020

For me, yesterday's upgrade did NOT uninstall Camtasia 2019 OR Camtasia 9. I have ALL THREE now on my machine, all working. I think this is great because I record tutorials ABOUT Camtasia, and I use an older version to record, while showing it.

If you press your Start button (assuming you're on Windows), and type 'camtasia', does it not show you both versions? For me it does and I can run all three.

For those interested you can download any released version here: https://www.techsmith.com/download/oldversions

There are recent bugfixes in Camtasia 2019 as well so you may be interested in getting the latest version of that if you're not already on it: https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006443267%C2%A0
