500- Internal server error help.

I have upload a file for my class. When I click on the line for the file called view. I was told this is where I can copy a URL to share my recorded presentation. But when I click on the link I receive:
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I would appreciate any help.

Hi Zak,

It's possible that your presentation hasn't finished encoding. Can you log in to your TechSmith Relay site with your username and password and check the status of your presentation? If it is finished and you're still getting that message, this could be a problem for our technical support team. 

Let me know if you log in and can confirm that your presentation has finished encoding and is ready to be viewed (sometimes the View link will come in an email before it's actually finished).
