Hello everyone!

First I would like to thank you all for your participation in our community, we truly appreciate your presence here! Over the course of the next few months we will be making some changes around here so stay tuned for more news, as we will post our new processes here, and remember, those users seeking technical support should open a support ticket  at https://support.techsmith.com/ so that they can receive prompt assistance from our dedicated Support team!

While there will be some changes coming in the near future, some of you may notice that there was a relatively large change this morning in the fact that the Screenchomp, Knowmia Teach/Teach Pro, and Snagit for Google Chrome category boards are no longer available. This is intended as some of you may recall that back May in we announced that these three products were being retired on the 31st of August, if you'd like to review the announcements, click here for Screenchomp's announcement, here for Knowmia Teach's, and here for Snagit for Google Chrome, and click here for a high-level overview of the retirement. With today being the 1st of September the time has come and ScreenChomp, Knowmia Teach and Teach Pro, and Snagit for Google Chrome have been officially retired. The threads that were associated with those various categories have been shifted under the "TechSmith" category so they are still accessible.

Again, thank you for being a member of our community and we look forward to helping you quickly create the professional content you need, when you need it!

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Has the Snagit Chrome App Been Shutdown?.

It seems that Snagit has been removed from the Chrome Webstore (as well my installation of Chrome). Am I seeing this wrong?
