a problem while uploding media HELP

I just got camtasia studio 8 and it was amazing but it was crashing alot .

one of my friends told me to delete a file called "mc_demux_mp4_ds.ax" from computer .

but after deliteing it , camtasia is refusing to upload any MP4 and that is my problem

please help me out :\

I would check the recycle bin of your computer.

Find that file, select it, and then hit restore the selected file.

ok no problem I just found the solution 

by serching on google I found this http://www.4shared.com/file/qP2rPsKW/mc_demux_mp4_ds.html#_=_

I downloaded it then i put it in its right diriction in the folder i downloaded camtasia and then it workd without issues :D

I'm glad you found a solution. For future reference, you should never delete or modify the installation files unless you're working directly with our Technical support specialists. Rather than downloading a file from the web, any missing files included with the installation can be restored by running the product installer and choosing the "Repair" option when prompted. Or simply uninstall from the Control Panel and re-run the installer to install a fresh copy of all files.
