Ability to collect info other than name and email for the quizzes out of Camtasia

We would love to be able to edit what information learners enter attached to the quizzes created in Camtasia vs only being able to collect name and email address.  For example, we have a small group of trainers that support a large medical group over 2 states with several practices spread out.  Right now, I share the quiz detail report with my trainers and they have to search to find out which practice the learner is from to know which trainer needs to follow up, etc.  If we could prompt the learners to enter the practice they are in instead of email address, or in addition to the email address, it would help tremendously!

my workaround is to have a separate quiz at beginning of video that asks questions for the info you want to collect; then the bulk of the video can play, and the real quiz can be offered at the end; all answers will be included in the quiz reports

So do you set the quiz as 'can complete anonymously' so the name and email questions don't even appear?

Great thanks! It was my first project I had that gave me problems.....I’ll look back at the ticket I had. Maybe it wasn’t the multiple quizzes that caused the issue.

One of the things that could be a big ole fly in the ointment here is the fact that Beth mentions using an LMS.

As I understand it, while Kayakman does have quizzes in nearly all of his vids, I'm thinking he isn't uploading these to an actual LMS. Only to ScreenCast.

Rick is correct; I host my videos with quizzes on Screencast.com or my own web site

have never used any LMS

I will try that! Although, I’ve had trouble in the past with multiple quizzes in one project. I’m relatively new at using the quizzing in Camtasia as we used to use the quizzing for our LMS. Thank you so much!!

This thread might be dead at this point but I remember now what my issue was when I had multiple quizzes.....I had it set up to go to a marker if they got it wrong and things were getting confused maybe.  I just tested and multiple quizzes is working, even out of our LMS.  I just have to not have the system jump to a marker when a question is answered wrong....oh well!
