Account error in Tech Smith

I was in my Tech Smith account, and clicked on My Products. I got a Whoops! Something went wrong message, and on the third attempt, and every attempt after that, I noticed that whenever I click on the My Products tab I am suddenly logged in as MRussell (who I am not, and have no idea who this is), Can you please look into it and rectify asap?

Hello everyone,

We deployed some back end changes this afternoon that were causing this issue. Some diagnostic data was collected and we've reverted the changes.

Some of you may have seen an avatar and display name which were not your own. While I understand this is disconcerting, you were not actually signed in as another account and your own account details were not exposed.
