add a video to a still image

can I add a video to an image?  I have an office image with a computer screen on it and I want to play a video that is on youtube onto that computer screen....can I do that?

Using chromakeying or setting the frame to the border of the computerscreen ( doing a picture in picture), you could do that.

Thanks for your feedback Erik!  I don't think I can do the chromakeying as I don't have camtasia.  If i did the picture in picture or in my case picture with video....how do i actually get the image to be placed on the screen?  I have the image opened with snagit, but if I try to drag the video to place it there it won't work.  :(

You need some sort of video editing app where you may place and size one video in front of the other. IMO Camtasia is one of the better tools for that, all things considered.

You could do this quite easily once you made the capture with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar, but not without I don't think.
