I frequently use Camtasia Mac to create instructional video clips that post to YouTube for use Microsoft  Answers(Community) forums related Mac office. I have an awful speaking voice and where I use my computer noisy. There is another Video Program I that I own, but is far more complex to use than Camtasia, called Screenium that actually has this feature. In general that program is very complex to use. But this feature is pie easy to use. Turn audio on. Then choose
Audio scripted.

With this feature your video actually look  and sound professional. Although, I am suggesting for Camtasia Mac it would be a good addition for any platform Camtasia is on

I'm testing with Amazon Polly now, but I have to import one mp3 clip at a time.  And there's a German expansion problem. Using a different track per language. Then hiding the track to produce output per language.

I found a workaround to be able to import Amazon Polly audio files to Camtasia 9. I was able to batch convert the Amazon Polly MP3 files to WAV using iTunes. Then I imported the WAV files into Camtasia 9 and produced a video. That works fine. It took an extra 10 minutes to convert the files (reading instructions, importing files, converting, and importing to Camtasia).
It would still be great if Camtasia 9 supported the Polly MP3 files.
I heard back from AWS on their Community: https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?threadID=250735
Hubert said you could easily convert their Polly PCM files to WAV, but I couldn't find how to do that.
