We had used another capture program in our commercial workflow, accessed mainly through Adobe CS. That program (Clipt) was great, but reached its end of life.
We have been using Snagit for several years now, in CC, and it is also a great program, but we really miss the ability to save the image as a PSD. This is a huge benefit for agencies relying on a Photoshop-based workflow.
Please add the PSD format as a save option!

PSD is an option when saving for me on 2019.
