Add Record Camera Feature (on Cam 8) to Camtasia 9

On Camtasia 8 under the tools button is a feature called "Record Camera". It Allows me to Record with my Video Camera via my video capture card. Cam 9 did not include this function.
Lastly, can you add video support to the screen capture rather than only excepting usb webcams
