Add video duration back to Cam 3

I keep trying to reference the video length at the bottom of the screen, under the timeline, that was there in Camtasia Mac 2. Please put this back in that location, as it's so useful during editing, especially for videos that have a time-length maximum.

Some of the videos I make are required to be under a given length. So, it's helpful to know what the length is as I'm creating or editing, when I can't see the end of the timeline. If I have to scroll to the end to see how long it is (and how much more I might need to cut) then I often have trouble finding the exact spot I was in to continue. Even if I note the timecode, sometimes I either forget or get distracted and can't remember what it was. That's just one use. I've relied on it for a lot of things. It really is more convenient than scrolling to the end to read the timecode.

Please note that I don't want this post merged with the questions about this topic as I want it to be considered as an idea, and kept where people can vote on it. Thanks.

Hi and thanks for submitting your idea!

As outlined in our New Community Processes post, feature requests are open to voting up through the 1st of the month (this month is slightly different, due to the holidays) where we will then tally the votes and present the findings to our product teams. To ensure we have the most accurate data, on the 1st of the month we will be locking the threads that were listed in the Feature Request Round-up that was posted on the 15th. Once we have reviewed the submitted feature requests, our product team(s) may respond to the request, and if that is the case then that thread will then be unlocked for further discussion.

In the event that your idea is not selected for a response feel free to resubmit the idea and share it with your colleagues to garner as much exposure as possible!

Thank you again for your idea and we look forward to hearing more from you!

-Robert
