Add WordPress media library to Snagit Share options

We have a team that has switched from Adobe products to Snagit. Our one workflow snag is loading images into the WordPress media library (below). Is there a way to add this to the Share menu option or can you put it on a development Roadmap? Thank you

This is a great idea, but I wonder if the list of things to share too is getting too large for one company to manage.
Is there an end user guide for programming snagit extensions?

Jack - that is an awesome idea.. There are several areas that could add a lot of bloat if implemented but could easily be offloaded back to the end user.

A work around is to use the FTP share option.

Takes just a little bit to set up and you will need to use the "add-from-server" Wordpress plugin
but it works!

The one problem I am having is Snagit retaining/remembering my FTP settings.
All the fields are empty and I have to fill them in each time. :(

Although, in my case, it is a big corporate site, and they are not excited about us adding plugins, so a Snagit option is probably desirable.

May I ask for more detail from the OP?

If what you need is a quick way to get images from a SnagIt Library into a WordPress page, post or the limeedia library then the easiest way to do it is an unknown but completely intuitive trick which I cam across by accident a few weeks ago

In WordPress, place your cursor in the position in the page or post where you want the image to be, or open the media library page.

In SnagIt, open the item(s) in the Snagit Library so that they are placed on the recents tray.

Select the items in the recents tray and drag them onto the WordPress page so that the blue "Drop files to upload" message appears,  Et voila.

Tip
If you take a screen shot and want to place it on a page or post you don't have to place it in the WordPress media library first and then insert it in the page/post.  Just drop it straight into the post and that will automatically update the media library.
