Add individual Cut Outs to Quick Access Toolbar and assign Keyboard shortcuts to indivdual Cut Outs.

I can't find the commands for the individual Cut Out options in order to add them to the Quick Access Toolbar and to create keyboard shortcuts for specific Cut Outs. I can add the drop-down list for all Cut Outs, but I only need two. For example, I use the 1st horizontal & 1st Vertical Cut Outs all the time for trimming extraneous data from my images. Hypersnap has the options & I sure miss being able to use them.

Glenn,
Will there be any development for being able to add individual Cut Outs to Quick Access Toolbar AND most IMPORTANTLY, assign Keyboard shortcuts to indivdual Cut Outs?

Sorry Glenn, I obviously didn't see your question. :o)
My question refers to the Snagit Editor.
I take snapshots for instructional purposes all day long & need to cut out the 'middle' pieces to shrink the image & remove extraneous info that detracks from the main idea.
With Hypersnap, I assigned Alt-X for the plain vertical cutout & Alt-Z for the horizontal, which makes it quick & easy for the multiple cuts I have to do for each image.
Thanks!

Any updates to this question? I have exactly the same situation - cutting out horizontally is what I do all the time and I would like to be able to use a shortcut key combination for that.

Never got an answer, nor have I seen an update to adding shortcuts to these FREQUENTLY used functions.
Granted, I didn't answer Glenn's question until a year later, but that was also a year ago. Maybe he's no longer with the company & no one else has bothered to check open questions. I'll see if I can get someone to answer again.

Hi,

Snagit's Quick Access Toolbar doesn't allow individual Cut Out styles to be added. The workaround you described, where you add the Cut Out drop-down would be the best option. I understand this isn't what you're looking for, but I wanted to confirm.

Currently, we don't have plans to expand on the Quick Access Toolbar to include style-specific customization.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your use case and feedback.

Thanks,

Jason
