The new OneNote 2013 integration is fantastic for working with online education and video. I have one suggestion to really polish the workflow.
When inserting the image into the OneNote ... using the "at cursor" option ... once the image is inserted, place the cursor after the image rather than leaving it before the image. This way, as I'm taking notes, I can annotate the slide or picture I've just taken without having to down arrow past the slide. Small ... but it adds up over time.
Thanks for considering this option!
If you want your images on the page in the order you captured them, you have to:
1) Capture an Image - I use the "repeat last capture" key;
2) Bring One Note forward;
3) Hit down arrow a few times to move the cursor *after* the image (or use your mouse);
4) Do your next capture.
It would be a small but very productive change to have the OneNote cursor positioned *after* the captured graphic in order to have your captures order on the page. Steps 2 and 3 are eliminated.
Or, open source the Add-In and I'll have at it ;> I'm serious ...
In other interactions with TechSmith, I'm generally told it isn't a priority. I'm still willing to fix it if they would open source it!
