Adding Call Out - Lines to form rectangle around item

Hello!

I have just downloaded the trial and after watching the 'Getting Started' tutorials feel silly that I can't work out how to do the simple feature I am looking for!

I want to add a annotation to a video to high light an item on a drop-down list.

I work with software a lot and know that this must be easy - I have found a work around by adding either a rectangle and using different transitions or adding line by line but I am sure that there is an easier option!

To help explain what I am looking for, here is a tutorial that shows the feature. Go to 1 minute 7/8 seconds. It is the green box/lines that go around the text 'Project settings'

https://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-camtasia-9-3-transitions-annotations-behaviors.html

Seems odd that I feel from the tutorials and other help that I Can do quite advanced annotations on my video but I just want this simple one for now.

If anyone can point me in the right direction with text steps or another video (have just spent half an hour trying to find the answer!) I could be very grateful!

As far as I know this applies to MAC.I'm a windows user{:> )

It's called a Sketch Motion callout. It's pretty versatile as well. You can control line width and color. There are also controls for draw time so you can draw the "Rectangle in this case" very slowly or fast or set it to no draw time at all.
Here's what it looks like using Windows.See Image Below,Click to Enlarge

I hope this is what you need

Thank you for that Joe - this has helped a lot but not given me exactly what I was after.
My screen looks a little different (mac and version maybe?) and while I have the Sketch Motion Call Out - the shape I prefer isn't set and looks 'Sketched' and the perfect (un-skteched) Square - is just that...only a square shape! Very odd! Any further insight you or anyone else can give me would be great - seems such a simple thing to want to do...

I have this same problem, I want a rectangle not a square, like you could do in the previous version

Odd, so you can't grab side handles and stretch out the square into a rectangle?
Sorry for the stupid question.I'm a windows user, don't own a MAC. I try not to answer MAC questions because I cannot for that reason. But resizing an annotation should be a universal feature. So I went out on a limb for this one.
