After I complete a Video capture, it appears brighter than it was when it was captured.

That's an unusual problem, I've never seen it posted as a problem before.

 I would contact support.

I have reached out to them, but when I view it, it says it was solved but there is nothing there that explains how my problem was solved!

I took a look at your ticket history and it shows two identical tickets created (a few hours apart). Our Senior Tech merged the ticket created at on Thursday late afternoon/early evening (ticket number ending in 10) into the first ticket you created (ending in 35) mid-afternoon. Our Senior Tech did respond to ticket ending in 35 on Friday Morning and I do not see any responses to his requests so I recommend trying to log in once more and checking your tickets (I'd also recommend checking your spam / junk folders).
