All in one scan fails

I have used Snag It successfully for years - and never had an issue. Recently, when I try to use the ALL IN ONE Snagit capture to capture a scrolling window - it appears to work - but I get an error message at the end that says "Snag It has stopped WOrking - Check online for for a solution....

Very frustrating as I rely on this type of capture virtually everytime I use SnagIt - I can use Panoramic Capture to get the screen captures I want, but it is clunky and too many steps and I am hoping that someone has had a similar issue and been able to find a fix.

Anyone offer a suggestion to get this to work? I did contact Techsmith and they were unable to help....
I am using Windows 7 - 
This does not happen on my personal PC where i also have SnagiT installed (windows 10)

ANy help you can offer is appreciated.

Do your Windows Event logs offer any clues?
