All my content is missing!

I haven't logged in for a while, but when I did this morning, I got a message that I have no content. I should have several videos as content, including a screencast video that Is thought I uploaded from Camtasia yesterday evening. I teach online and my courses have links to the content that is supposed to be in my Screencast.com account. What happened to my content?!

I am sorry to hear your content is not displaying. My first suggestion is to make absolutely sure you are signing in with the account that the content you are looking for was uploaded to. Sometimes users create multiple accounts and then log in to one when they mean to log in to another. If you only have the one account, please contact our Technical Support desk and they will be happy to help out. I've placed the link below.
