Allow SnagIt Editor to Scale on Windows 10 between different screen resolutions

I have a Surface Book 2 that has dual external monitors connected through the Surface Dock. If I drag the editor from my Surface Book screen (3240x2160) to one of the monitors (1920x1080), SnagIt Editor doesn't seem to scale appropriately. All of the buttons, menu options, etc are so large I can only use it on my Surface Book screen.

I have the opposite problem. My snag-it shrinks. It should automatically scale to the screen size. I too have a surface book.

And what if Snagit spans two monitors? You have the exact same 4 option I gave Jason. I certainly would never want a program to scale automatically.

Ditto - Snagit is not handing the resolution changes properly.  I see the problem when switching between 4K and 1920x1080.

Snagit version 19.1.2 fixes the problem of Snagit being either too small or too large if you have monitors with different scale levels.  It will also size correctly if you drag it from one monitor to another.
You can update from the product if you have 19.x, or try it out here:
