Alternative to Camtasia that actually has 60FPS?

I love Camtasia 9... for editing that is. For some reason you STILL can't render in 60FPS. It's 2017. What a joke. Anyway, I used to use Vegas but I hate it because to pan/crop stuff you have to right click it and do a bunch of silly steps when on Camtasia all you have to do is click on it in the preview and drag it. Is there any other program like this that's used by many so that there's good tutorials online? I can not keep doing 30FPS.

I use Shotcut for 60 FPS. It's a bit confusing to use sometimes, but for simple videos that don't require much cropping or animations (or anything special really), it does the job.
